What happens if I need to cancel my service?
We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. Just let us know and we'll reschedule or refund your booking.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring commercial-grade cleaning supplies and equipment with us to ensure a thorough and professional cleaning. If you need us to bring special equipment like a carpet steamer or ozone generator, please contact us ahead of time and we can give you a quote.
How long does a typical cleaning service take?
Usually between 90 minutes and 3 hours. But as you know, this depends not just on the size of the Airbnb, but also the condition the guests left it in. Please be aware that the first time we clean a new property, it's going to take us longer than during subsequent cleanings, because the cleaners will have to learn the layout of the home and where to locate all the items.
Do you offer packages or discounts for regular clients?
Yes! We can provide you with a custom quote if you have multiple Airbnbs or if your Airbnb is larger than 5 bedrooms. Reach out to us and we can discuss your needs.
